I have owned my Israeli Pilot\'s Sleeping bag since 1992 and it is still going strong and has travelled with me extensively. It is a wonderfully lightweight, though not necessarily compact sleeping bag. That said, the integral hood and straps assist in the packing of the unit after use. The hollow fibres have stayed in place and there has been no drift, compaction or loss of fibres through seams. The zippers are still running smoothly and are fully intact. It is fine for summer use and mild winters but not really warm enough for harsh winter use. I have found it incredibly durable and accomodating of my large, heavy man-size frame. It is a breeze to pack away too. Merely fold each long lateral section into the middle then roll up whilst pressing out all the encapsulated air. This is easily done with use of hands and knees in a kneeling position. It really does hold a lot of air in those hollow fibres - which makes for superb insulation without being cumbersome. Sleeping within it I found it to be light as the proverbial feather so there should be no issues of overbearing weight for those who are conscious of bedding upon them.
